HP 301XL Does High-Powered Printing

“Quality over Quantity”, remember this saying?  It is an all-too-familiar adage introduced to us early in our lives so that we would develop the inclination to always pay attention to topnotch work input that focuses on substance instead of number.  In an ideal world, consumers do not have to worry about budget or price, and are therefore able to choose products based solely on the quality of their performance.  In the real world, however, the price of commodities plays a major role in a consumer’s decision-making process because of economic constraints.  As a result, consumers try to look for the best possible compromise between quality and quantity.  In the workplace, the situation is not that different; after all businesses were directly hit by the global recession.  It is not that easy to find efficient solutions where budget is concerned because more of often than not, the quality of a product suffers the lower its price goes.  In printing, high quality is usually associated with genuine branded inks, which can be pricey especially for heavy-duty printing.  Opting for compatible and refillable ink cartridges can be more economical at the expense of outstanding print output.

In order to provide consumers with a real cost-effective printing solution, printing supplies manufacturing giant, HP launched their XL ink cartridges.  As the label signifies the cartridges contain more ink than standard capacity containers.  For instance, HP 301XL is a high-capacity version of HP 301 – this means all the features of the 301 are present but in a higher volume of ink.  Who doesn’t want ink that produces laser-quality prints and prints thrice as many prints as standard capacity cartridges?  This, by far, is the most practical printing solution because with it, users can have a genuine “quality and quantity” experience.

Is HP 301XL Really Worth the Extra Bucks?

One of the persistent concerns of inkjet users is the overall cost of ink.  Consumers continue to seek cheaper printing options, notwithstanding the much lower prices of present-day ink cartridges.  While most ink users would still prefer OEMs over third-party manufactured ink cartridges, the price of the former can be quite discouraging – frequent replacement of pricey ink can take its toll on one’s budget.  Printing supply manufacturing giant, HP, has come up with a cost-effective strategy that aims to give consumers value for their money without sacrificing the high quality of inks for which they are known.  Instead of reducing the price of standard capacity inks, HP came up with an entire line of high-capacity ink cartridges that feature a higher price tag but lower costs per page.  The resultant product is one that yields twice or thrice the usual number of prints, which also proves a lot more convenient for the user as s/he would not have to replace ink cartridges too often.  Almost all HP standard capacity inks have an XL counterpart, so consumers have a lot more options.

Multi-function printers have been gaining popularity because of the fusion of various functionalities in one compact device.  HP 301XL is one of HP’s most in-demand varieties for both inkjets and multi-function printers.  High-capacity ink is more suitable for multi-function printers because it presumably entails more printing jobs than regular inkjet printers.  You need not worry about the outcome of your prints because “XL” only means that it will print more; the quality will be the same as the standard capacity inks.  Because of the rising clamor for these cost-effective inks, regular and virtual office supply stores have XL ink cartridges well-stocked in their shops.  With HP XL inks, performance and page yield can be enjoyed at the same time.
